Delivery times

The refund of all payments received for the purchase, excluding delivery costs and the costs of handling and transportation of the return (full refund) will be made within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal. For health and hygiene reasons we will not accept products that have been unsealed, stained or used after delivery, so they must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were received. The briefs will have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent with the plastic navette as the seal will be removed.
