The prices shown will be valid unless typographical error, in case of error we will proceed to refund the money and will communicate to the customer, who will decide whether to return to make your purchase at the correct price.

Shipping costs for Spain and Portugal:

- Spain Peninsula: 5,90 Euros, free from 69 Euros purchase.

- Balearic Islands: 9,50 Euros, free from 85 Euros of purchase.

- Canary Islands: 14,48 Euros, free from 100 Euros purchase.

- Ceuta and Melilla: 9,50 Euros, free from 85 Euros of purchase.

- Portugal: 9,50 Euros, free from 95 Euros purchase.

European and international orders: customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees

· International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.

· These expenses NO are included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery of your order.

· Consolacion Egea cannot provide information on these rates. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.

· If you refuse a parcel at customs or when you receive it without having paid customs, customs may destroy it or return it to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to any refund. If it is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the product(s) if the product is not damaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product even if it is returned to us at our premises, in the event that customs or the shipping agency charges us for any extra service this cost will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Methods of payment

The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Paypal Pay Later, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.

If you prefer, you can choose the Bank Transfer method. Once the transfer payment has been made, please send us a photo of the receipt so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery deadlines

The estimated delivery time of the products will vary from 4 to 15 working days (Monday-Friday) and may exceed from 15 days to a month or more depending on the stock, restocking or products in production of the warehouse of the chosen brand. If you have any doubts about a product in stock or in production, please contact us. Once it leaves our facilities, from your account or email, you will be able to track your order.The estimated delivery date also appears in the shopping cart, as well as in the confirmation email for products that are not in production or in stock.

Withdrawal

The customer has fourteen calendar days from the day of receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from the purchase, except for bridal garments of the brands Ivette Bridal, Teres, Ysabel Mora and Selmark, in which case the customer will have 7 calendar days from the day of receipt. Partial refund of the order or product exchange (Only for Spain)

For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra it works differently.. Send us your return by the courier service of your choice and as soon as we receive it, we will refund your money in full as you have paid the shipping costs. The shipping costs of your initial order will not be refunded as it is an external service successfully completed.


For exchanges in the rest of Europe and all other shipping areas, please send us your return by your preferred courier and as soon as we receive it, we will send it back to you.We will refund your money in full as you have already paid the shipping costs. In the case of payment by PayPal, in case of return, change of opinion or out-of-stock item, the commission of 3,4% + 0,35 € fixed will not be refunded as it is a fee charged by PayPal and not by us.

We will not accept in any case shipments with postage due or with any kind of cost to us.


The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition, being necessary to pack the items properly, in order to avoid possible deterioration during transport.

Once we receive the return package, we will check its condition and as soon as we verify that the returned items, as well as any accessories, samples, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will send the customer an email notifying them of the approval or rejection of their refund.

The refund of all payments received for the purchase, excluding delivery costs and the costs of handling and transport of the return (full refund) will be made within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal. The refund will be processed through the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. We will not refund if the product has been used.

In no case will exchanges and/or returns be accepted without prior contact by the means mentioned above.

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed, stained or used after delivery will not be accepted, so they must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were received. Below are the products that cannot be exchanged or returned, as well as the exchange or return of bottoms, bikini bottoms or swimming costumes.

Basic seamless bottoms (briefs, girdles...).

The briefs will have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent with the plastic navette as the seal will be removed.

For bikini briefs or swimming costumes, they must have their original hygiene seal in perfect condition.

In the case of changes during the sales period, the discount that was in force in the first order will always be applied, not being able to benefit from a higher discount than the one offered in the order.

In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or a product in poor condition, or in the event of loss or damage to the product by the transport company, the customer may request its return and/or replacement within 7 days of delivery. In this case and provided that it is in Spain, we undertake to assume the return shipping costs, we will collect the defective product and/or replace the missing product with another identical product at no additional cost to the customer.

In the event that the product to be exchanged has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference in value. If, on the other hand, the new product has a lower price than the previously purchased one, the difference in value will not be refunded in cash, but in the form of a gift voucher to be used on the next purchase.
