All our shipments are insured for the amount of the order so that in case of loss or theft your order can be reshipped, once we are assured by the transport company of the loss of your package.

We currently work with several transport companies such as Correos, Correos Express, GLS, DHL and UPS.

Once you have chosen the size and colour of the product, it may appear "Available for reservation". This can be for two reasons:

  • If it is indicated that the selected size is in production, it means that this size is currently in production and the garment will be sent once the replacement is available.
  • For Naturana, Cotonella, Teres and Ivette Bridal the order is made as a reservation as they are made to order from the factory. In a couple of weeks / three, you will receive your order. There are occasions when it is received earlier.

This option is available to all our customers and more in those cases that want to take advantage of a promotion or sales that are available at that time, or sizes and models difficult to find, so you get on a waiting list with priority to send the product as soon as it is available.

Of course! If we haven't shipped it yet, you'll need to let us know as soon as possible, we'll cancel the order and refund your money in the method you used to pay.
If we have already sent it, you will have to request a refund.  you have two options: either you can send it by the agency of your choice to the address we provide you, paying the shipping costs to our facilities or you can send it to the address we provide you. contact us and we take care of everything. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra it works differently. Send us your return by the courier service of your choice and as soon as we receive it, we will refund your money in full as you have paid the shipping costs. For exchanges in the rest of Europe and all other shipping areas, please send us your return by your preferred courier and as soon as we receive it, we will send it back to you.We will refund your money in full as you have already paid the shipping costs. Under no circumstances will we accept shipments with postage due or with any kind of charge to us.

For reasons of health or hygiene protection, there are products that cannot be returned if the seal has been removed or broken after delivery.
For hygienic reasons, we ask you not to remove or break the seal on the items listed below.

  • The briefs will have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent with the plastic navette as the seal will be removed.
  • For bikini briefs or swimming costumes, they must have their original hygiene seal in perfect condition.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

- Lingerie accessories: bra extensions and bra hooks, cross strap adapters, lingerie hangers, nursing pads.

- Bridal accessories: bra extensions and bra hooks, adapters to cross the straps, garters, bridal slippers, stockings or panties, bridal pikis.

- Silicone cups/holders.

- Basic seamless bottoms (briefs, girdles...).

- Socks, stockings or tights.

- Bridal garters and garter belts.

Our estimated shipping time is 4 to 15 business days (Monday-Friday). Once it leaves our facilities, from your account or email, you will be able to see the tracking of the order. In some cases due to lack of stock in the warehouse, restocking or products in production it could take from 15 days to a month, but once the order is processed you will always be informed.
