Returns and exchanges

If you want to make an exchange or a return you have 14 calendar days (counting from the same day the order is received) to request it. In the case of Ivette Bridal, Teres, Ysabel Mora and Selmark bridal garments, the exchange or return period will be 7 calendar days (counting from the same day the order is received). For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed, stained or used after delivery will not be accepted, so they must be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were received. Check the items that cannot be exchanged or returned.

For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra it works differently.. Send us your exchange or return by the courier service of your choice.

To make the exchange and/or return you will have to contact us through any of the contact methods available on our website. In no case will exchanges and/or returns be accepted without prior contact by the available means.

If the size does not fit you or the product does not suit you, you will be able to FREE EXCHANGE* for any other size, color or garment. You get one free exchange with every order (Only valid for mainland Spain).

If with the first change you didn't get it right, you can make more changes, but fromthe second change is subject to a handling and shipping fee: 10€ (Only valid for Spain peninsular).

In the case of changes during the sales period, the discount that was in effect in the first order will always be applied, and you will not be able to benefit from a higher discount than the one offered in the order.

Partial return of the order or product exchange: the first partial return or product exchange of the order is free of charge, is free of charge. But what is it? If you have bought several things and you keep or exchange at least one. The second and subsequent changes will cost 10 €uros in concept of management and transport (Only valid for mainland Spain)..

Total return of the order: if you prefer to return everything, no problem, you have two options or send it by the agency of your choice to the address we provide you, paying the shipping cost to our facilities (ordinary letter type shipments will not be accepted) or contact us at and we take care of everything. The management and transport costs will be deducted at the time of making the return of money on the amount of the garments with a cost of 5 €. The shipping costs of your initial order will not be refunded as it is an external service successfully performed. If you have previously enjoyed a free exchange, the total refund will have a cost of 10 Euros in concept of management and transport (Only valid for mainland Spain).

In the case of payment with PayPal, in case of return, change of opinion or out of stock item, the commission of 3,4% + 0,35€ fixed will not be refunded as it is a fee charged by PayPal and not by us.

No exchange or refund is allowed:

  • - Lingerie accessories: bra extensions and bra hooks, cross strap adapters, lingerie hangers, nursing pads.
  • - Bridal accessories: bra extensions and bra hooks, adapters to cross the straps, garters, bridal slippers, stockings or panties, bridal pikis.
  • Silicone cups/bras
  • - Basic seamless bottoms (panties, girdles...).
  • Socks, stockings or pantyhose.
  • Bridal garters and garter belts.

* All products that do not allow exchange or return is specified below the item description.

  • The briefs will have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent with the plastic navette as the seal will be removed.
  • For bikini briefs or swimsuits, they must have their original hygiene seal in perfect condition.
