History of the brand

  • In 1948 the pioneer and visionary Madame Pérèle opened her first Parisian atelier tired of classic lingerie. This talented corset designer wanted to respond to female needs that were not being met by embellishing their silhouettes with elegant fashion lingerie, but at the same time being comfortable and practical.
  • In 1950 the feminine silhouette evolved with its underwear. The Bullet bra that sculpted sharp, pointed breasts was a must-have and the Soleil range became a cult closet essential.
  • In 1960 as a precursor, Simone Pérèle launched the Sole Mio range using an innovative type of Lycra fabric for its magnificent lace. It would be the first brand to design lingerie with this innovative fabric that is still used today. With this new line Simone Pérèle wanted this lingerie to adapt to every woman ensuring maximum comfort and adapting to the female figure.
  • In 1970 the avant-garde Madame Pérèle created Pétale, an iconic line of invisible lingerie, with non-wired bras. I wanted to satisfy the need for freedom and the return to the "natural" that women wanted in the 70s.
  • In 1980 his workshops accompanied the women with sensual ligor belts, corsets and half-cup bras. Women could assume their full seduction power with complete confidence!
  • In 1990 women needed comfortable lingerie for everyday wear, but with quality first, Simone Pérèle offered them Essentials, a new line of lingerie that was like a second skin.
  • In 2000 with the turn of the century the lingerie benefited from the most innovative techniques. Simone Pérèle launched her iconic Andora line, the first line to use 3D Spacer fabric. Since its launch, one Andora bra is purchased every minute in the world.
  • Between 2014 and 2016 in front of Mary McCartney's lens, Simone Pérèle explored behind the scenes of fashion and creation. More than ever at the service of women, they launched the morpho-test to better accompany the choice of the ideal lingerie for the figure, Lingerie that reinforces self-esteem!.
  • Today Simone Pérèle is a world-renowned brand, not only for its daring lingerie designs for all styles and its magnificent lace, if not for following in the footsteps of Madame Pèréle by accentuating and magnifying the female silhouette.
