History of the brand

• En 1885, Eugen J. Herbst fundó una fabricación de corsés con diez empleados en Bad Rappenau. Después de cinco años, la compañía se mudó a Mannheim debido a las mejores conexiones de tráfico. En 1915 “Felina” fue registrada como una marca de sostenes. En 1926, la compañía empleó a 660 personas en Mannheim, de las cuales alrededor del 90 por ciento eran women. • Felina was the second largest corset company in Germany and was represented at the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958. At the 75th anniversary in 1960, Felina had 2,500 employees. The products were sold all over the world, the main export markets being Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.
