History of the brand

• En 1885, Eugen J. Herbst fundó una fabricación de corsés con diez empleados en Bad Rappenau. Después de cinco años, la compañía se mudó a Mannheim debido a las mejores conexiones de tráfico. En 1915 “Felina” fue registrada como una marca de sostenes. En 1926, la compañía empleó a 660 personas en Mannheim, de las cuales alrededor del 90 por ciento eran mujeres. • Felina was the second largest corset company in Germany and was represented at the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958. At the 75th anniversary in 1960, Felina had 2,500 employees.
